Site5 may cost a little more than cheap competitors out there offering bargain basement prices, but you're paying for solid, reliable hosting and fast, friendly support from real people. You're also not confronted with constant marketing and up-sells, so your hosting experience is much more pleasant overall. It's worth a few more bucks a month.

Site5 makes it easy to get support at all hours of the day or night. The experience and training of the live chat support staff is exceptional.

When something goes beyond their skill, they quickly escalate the issue. This saves me time and get things taken care of.

I have been a site5 customer for years and have nothing but compliments for their service, support and products.

I've been with site5 since August of ****.

Now managing 2 reseller and one vps4 accounts.

Have no reason, nor desire, to even look elsewhere for my hosting needs.

I bought the reseller hosting and have been with them for about 8 months. I was cautious about moving my existing sites at first as I wanted to see whether the hosting was reliable. Now I am confident enough to move my websites in to my account and to reccommend them to others. My hosting is in London, UK and my English websites now load MUCH faster than they did before. I have now added hosting on their Dallas server in the US for websites that need to load quickly there. For me, everything works as it should at Site5 and when I can't figure something out or need technical help their support system and team is extremely efficient. Issues are resolved by chat and/or ticket and so far they have always been available, knowledgeable and courteous. Very good value for money too!
