The service is excellent, customer and technical support is very professional and always helpful, 24 hrs around. Servers just work and work very fast, the loading is monitored and well balanced. Comparing to dozens of others, you probably can find cheaper but never as good as this. This one worth every penny!

I changed my reseller hosting to Site5 aprox. 6 months ago. They transferred all of my clients quickly and with out any problems.

One of the reasons that I changed hosting was because of the difficulty in contacting support and the length of time it took to have problems resolved. With Site5 offering live support on line most of my situations have been dealt with while I was chatting on-line and even those that needed to be referred were solved incredibly quickly.

I am extremely satisfied with both the products and the services that Site5 have provided and continue to do so.
Although my knowledge of most aspects of web development is quite in depth, when it comes to hosting, this is my first relatively hands on experience. However, any time that I have a problem, I can easily get ahold of them on their online chat. And if a ticket is raised, unlike some other companies, the issue is resolved almost instantly, and you may as well be in a live chat with the technical support team too as the emails flow so quickly.
They continue to make me an extremely satisfied customer, and I am really glad I found them.
I hope their prices stay the same, as this is the topping on the cake for me!!
