Site5 offers live chat and email based ticketing. In both contexts, I'm always provided a knowledgeable rep who either quickly resolves my issue, or escalates it to someone who can. I've never had an issue not handled exceedingly well with Site5. Fantastic customer service.

As a relative novice to website development, Site 5 have offered excellent technical backup to keep me on track with my projects.

I am UK based, but this has not affected the customer service which always seems to be on hand.

Everything that I have asked Site5 to carry out has been prompt and communicated very well, keeping me informed of updates and when a task is complete.

I have not encountered ANY issues with Site5. All technical issues raised have been to meet my shortfall in knowledge.

I would 110% recommend Site5 for any web hosting and will continue to use them based on their excellent service and great value for money.

I only ever contact customer service/technical support whenever something serious has happened due to the speed and accuracy at which the team resolve issues. When I do contact them, they are always on top of any issue and able to answer within minutes to help resolve any issues.

There has only been a handful of issues over the past few years of my service with them and most of them have been due to clashes with 3rd party software I was using.
