I have been with site5 through good times, and bad.

Actually, since around ****.

You know the next part: I've no plans of switching, nor looking elsewhere. Their customer service is outstanding, near-immediate, and willing to do whatever it takes to escalate when needed.

Plenty of upgrade paths available as well. I've already moved one account to a leve-4 VPS. The move was absolutely painless and without issue.

The shopping experience itself was pleasant, although not a great deal unlike any other reputable hosting service. What really stands out...and enormously so...is the rapid and polite service, the degree that they stay with you and their ability to ask the right questions and get a resolution quickly. I have had a few problems getting my site up and running, all of which were user error on my part and they have been continuously courteous and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I found their website easy to navigate, and I quickly learned that they were the right host for my specialized needs. When I had a question, I was helped by a REAL person via Live Chat within a few minutes. He replied promptly, professionally, and answered my questions accurately. What else could a customer want?
