I recently switched hosting to Site5 and had my share of issues.

Customer Support was excellent and they were not only timely but went the extra mile to make sure all of my site questions were answered.

In addition to that, they followed up to make sure that my questions were answered.

Since **** i have been bouncing around different hosts trying to find quality service and yet i kept on looking since i could not find the service that i needed. Ive only use Site5 for only 3 days now and i got to say i thing this is one place i can say its HOME as i dont see myself leaving SITE5

I've signed up with two different hosting services before I heard about Site5.
All of their faults and lack of professionalism were revealed very quickly, and I had cancelled my account very quickly. They answered slowly and didn't seem too inclined or driven to actually help me solve a problem. When I threatened to leave due to their problems that they weren't solving, they didn't even seem to care to lose me as a customer and one of the service reps told me that I could indeed leave because he can't solve my problem.

Site5, on the other hand, give EXTREME fast support, and the representatives are nice and professional.
The hosting itself is great - I especially love being able to choose the location of my hosting - this way I chose the closest server to my main audience and the site is amazingly fast.
The service is great, the price is great and the value is great.

I have already recommended to a few of my friends about Site5 and might join also.
I heartily recommend you join as well.
