Site 5 offers just what I need--solid hosting plans with able and responsive support to handle all of the server admin that I don't know how to do (and don't want to do).

Basic support requests are handled quickly and well-documented. I have also made advanced requests (sometimes which resulted in nominal associated fees), like dedicated IP addresses, SSL certificate installation, etc. They have been great. Any fees were clearly documented and approced beforehand and well worth it.

I highly recommend site5 if you need hosting with great server maintenance and admin support.

Hi

Been with Site5 for almost a year, I´m working on a e-comerce site and wanted something simple to start with. I have varios domains and sites on their shared hosting, with the "turbo" options- and it workes very very well.

Moved the site from Dallas after a few mounths, (since I live in Spain), to the UK server to get better PING and download rates, and after that it works even better.

When I launch my site I will upgrade to VPS to get extra speed. But to start I recomend there shared hosting with the turbo.

And for the tecnical support - I will be here for a long time
