I use the 24 hour chat window option for support. I live in Honolulu so our time is many times after midnight on the mainland (USA). Site5 support have always been able to assist me, solve any issues I'm having with my domain hosting, as well as teach me a few things along the way. That's why I rate them at 5 stars!.

It is surprising that with the quality of service Site5 provides they aren't as known as other hosting providers, they are like a lump of coal waiting for people to discover.

So far they are the quickest in response time out of all hosting companies I've dealt with, they provide live chat, telephone support in addition to a ticketing system and so far I haven't had trouble with their hosting.
