I've been with Site 5 for 6 years now and whenever I need an IT issue resolved with my websites, the Site 5 Customer Support is fairly fast and efficient at resolving the issue.

That would be one of the major reasons why I haven't switched to any other hosting company. They're also very patient and helpful with some domain name questions I had after switching to a Dedicated Server plan (VPS).

You honestly can't go wrong with Site 5, and I think you'll be very happy with their service.

Site5 has a very nice site maintenance area with a lot of free software, right up to big CMS site managers like Joomla and Wordpress, that install with just a click and a few setup questions. I installed a working forum in just a couple of minutes.

The support is what really impresses and is so important to business users such as ourselves. I've opened two tickets, and response time and support representative knowledge were both unbeatable. This, and we're on the most basic hosting option!

Based on our experience so far, Site5 is the best web hosting provider we've ever used.
