I have been with Site5 for years and I have always been happy with their service. Great company. Great customer service. Always professional, swift and on point. Highly recommended.

We moved our reseller account from BurstNet to Site5 because of endless timeouts (endlessly getting disconnection in SSH and site not avail..sometimes a couple of times a day), tedious support procedure where you might wait hours for a response (where mostly it was automated), tho their pricing is very very cheap for what you get on paper..and we were amazed to find out that all of our problems were solved, Site5's customer service is amazing, fast and helpful, and the hosting is **.****% online, never experienced a real timeout, only minor delays for less than 1min, it took us very long time to move to another service cause we didn't believe we could get similar deal at that price range, but it surpassed all of our expectations, it was the first hosting we checked from a list of similar deals, but there was no reason for us anymore to continue the search..
i'm very very happy with their service (i only miss having partly-managed service w/ root account etc, as we had on BurstNet, but i was willing to give up on that just to stay with their hosting),
and it's also great that they offer various server locations, even in europe.
