RVupgrades.com Inc. was established in 2002 out of a love for RV'ing, and set out to supply unique RV Accessories not handled by other RV product suppliers. As time has passed our customers have asked us to handle more common RV Accessories as well RV Parts because of our out of this world customer service and no hassle way of doing business. RVupgrades now carries more than 25,000 different RV parts and accessories and stocks many of them in our 21,000 sq/ft facility in Eastlake, Oh. We test and review many of the newly introduced product that we sell to insure that they perform as advertised and provide an area within each product listing for you to review these products as well.

I would like a e-mail stating the progress of the order and tracking number when shipped. I can find the information by logging in to my account but I would think an e-mail would be easier. |
Shopping was a breeze. Great picture and video presentation of the product. Just recieved product. I had to call customer service for the tracking number. Would have been nice to have been emailed the tracking number. Overall product was shipped nicely and in great shape. I will purchase from rvupgradestore again. |

One shipment was returned to the shipper via FedEx directly. I never received it. After waiting to see if a replacement shipment would be coming, which did not nor was I ever notified, I had to contact Customer Service who quickly took care me. Very disappointed that even your facility rec'd the returned defective product and no one contacted me. If I had not contacted you I would still be waiting. Something for your guys to work on! |
