I bought a pair of Keen Whisper sandals and the whole website experience was first class. The delivery was fast and when I had to return the sandals because they were not big enough (this happened twice ) they provided free return label and the exchange process was very quick. The customer service people were very patient and very helpful and prompt in replying to my emails.The sandals are great and I am very pleased with them. Thank you |
