I first brought from Nature shop just before christmas. My purchase was a gift and after purchasing i realised i had accidentally ordered the wrong colour. The service team were wonderful and sent out another top (even though the first one was in the mail already), in the colour i was after so it would be here in time for christmas. The process was very easy and when the first top arrived i just had to fold the envelope inside out and sent it back, reply paid. I was really happy with the outcome and value of the top. |
