I recently purchased 4 pairs of shoes from Nature shop. They arrived promptly without any problems. 2 pairs were slightly big so I contacted customer help directly online with chat and was amazed that I had an instant response online. First purchase from these guys and how patient customer service rep was trying to search for my order as I had made 2 typo's, in my name and my email address. Once she sorted this problem, she organised smaller sizes for dispatch the next morning. I was advised to return 2 pairs in package and attach postage page label they placed in original parcel. Extremely friendly, helpful esp. If your first experience buying on-line, honest, reliable and prompt efficient service. Shoes arrived as promised with no hitches. Great shoes, great prices. Wish there were half sizes though because the 2 pairsI exchanged for a size down were to small but passed them onto a friend. Will I buy from nature shop again, absolutely because they have good oldfashioned excellent customer service and brands of shoes I like at good prices. Have I told others about them, absolutely.
