The backsplash is an art piece in my kitchen, absolutely beautiful! We saved about $*** going with My Tile Backsplash. They answered my emails promptly as I had a few questions. We also made a last minute change in the design of our lay out and sent an emergency change order over the weekend thinking we wouldn't hear back until Monday. A little nervous that it was to late we were surprised to hear back via response to our email on Sunday! Wow that was a very pleasant surprise and they changed the order for us,no problem.
