I am pleased so far, but the only thing that would have been a little more helpful is to let customers know how many days shipping should take with each of the different shipping options. I do like that you offer many shipping options.

Now that I have received my order I am more than pleased. I received my order faster than expected and was very happy with the products purchased. Excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I was very impressed with the customer service at Karenscookies.net! I somehow entered my email address wrong when I created my order, so i didn't receive an email confirmation on my order...so i thought that my order didn't go through all the way. So i created another order and i received an email confirmation for that. But then i remembered i did the ratings section after my order went through the first time just like i had to do the 2nd time. So i emailed karenscookies and i got a response right away saying that he did see 2 orders from me and was able to cancel that first order. I was very impressed by the quick response, and even close to the Christmas season!! I also received my package quick too! I will recommend karenscookies to all my friends and will continue to order my decorating stuff from them!!

I can't wait to get these cookie cutters!! I needed a few different "beach themed" ones for a wedding shower this weekend ....and have not been able to find any other sites that had more than 1-2 I even liked. I've been looking for over a week now. You have such an assortment of cute/unique ones, it was actually hard to chose. AND so, I will probably order more in the near future for the upcoming July beach wedding of my daughter and future son-in-law. Thanks! I'm so excited I stumbled across your site today. :)

P.S. Wondering, are any of your "sugars" the type that could go onto the wedding cake that look like beach sand? Or are these sugars just for cookies? I need to order a large amount of "sand" sugar for the cake.

My order was for a ticket to Cookie Con. I'm extremely happy that I attended. I enjoyed this seminar greatly and found it very interesting and fun to meet the people of the cookie world. Karen and her husband Mike put the event together and it was done very well. I wish to thank them again for their time and efforts.
