The owner of this site was very polite, thorough, and quick in responding to my detailed email inquiry. That is indeed rare nowadays. I just recently placed my order this morning (thus, I have not yet had time to receive it), but this has, so far, been one of my best experiences shopping online for arcade parts/equipment.

I have now received my order, and it came in excellent shape and on time. Because I had ordered several different items, they were all shipped conveniently and very securely in one box.

Overall, my experiences with JammaBoards.com and Mr. Hensel (the owner) were 5-Star and excellent.

I wish the processing time was faster.. processing time plus shipping time is more than a week :/
