Very happy with the buying process and the wine coaster. Royal Mail and the US Postal Service almost ruined the experience. The package appeared to be lost, and the Hersey phone contact was very very helpful and offered to send a replacement immediately. Original package arrive 2 hours later. Shipped Dec 6, arrived Dec **. ** days to deliver a package from London to Dallas? I'll buy again but allow a little more time next time. PS: great website |
