I can say with confidence that this is the first technology company that when you call them you get a live person all the time and you never have to wait on hold. They truly make sure that issue is resolved (or at least with very clear next steps) before you get off the phone. They set themselves aside in the industry and keep the bar high.

EMM is wonderful! Fantastic support. They're likely in your time zone, and know WTF they're doing.
Answers from them are immediate and, most importantly RIGHT.
I even have conferenced them in with other support teams for other products so the EEM staff could explain to the no-nothings elsewhere what was going on.
These people are good. And, no, I'm not related to them in any way. Just a really pleased customer who had had enough of the rotton support from other vendors.
You can't go wrong with these people.

Roger and Eric in tech support were extremely helpful. And they had to put up with me....who knows very little about how all this stuff works. They treat our little company like it's Fortune 500. I am blown-away by their great attitudes and patience.

EMM gives me great peace of mind. The cloud storage has been invaluable - I had both my computers crash at the same time but was able to access mail, contacts and diary via EMM. Their support is always swift, informed and attentive. I am a one-man business but they make you feel you are as important to them as the CEO of a multi-national!

Exchange My Mail is without a doubt the most responsive of all of the vendors that I use for various services.
Professional and very knowledgeable in all areas.
