It is the second time I use EE Services, and I gotta say I'm very satisfied with everything they did for my PS3. My PS3 wasn't really broken or anything like that. The Blu Ray drive had a little problem, but EE was able to fix it. Besides the main MAIN reason I wanted to use EE services was for the The Component Upgrade Package (which I really recommend for all of you guys). My PS3 runs very quietly. At first the fan sounded loud, but while the thermal paste and thermal pads cure the fan will start to sound quieter as you use it. I have no regrets at all. EE 5 stars! They do excellent jobs. Perfect service. Highly recommended. |
My launch PS3 YLOD on me and I did a home repair the first time around and a few months later the same thing happened again. During my research for professional repair shops, I came across Endless Electronics. I wish I would have found them the first go around, I'd still have the launch PS3, unfortunately the repair would've solved the problem, but in my tinkering I did more damage to the system and it was repairable, but upon working with Tom and Ben they ultimately helped me decide to cut my losses (I damaged the motherboard with my home repair). They were able to perform their back up service so I am getting my files back which is awesom! Send your PS3 Endless Electronics you can't go wrong. |

Very reliable, I've gone months looking for a great place to get my PS3 fixed. You guys have everything, you take it many steps further. Great job, keep up the work. Playstation is up and running, played Metal Gear Solid online before it goes offline and got some time in with COD:MW3 ... I hope I don't have to send it back for another repair, but if I do I know its in great hands. One last thing, your the only guys I have found that have a lifetime warranty. I have an 80gb backwards compatible PS3 that got the yellow light of death. After having it re-flowed twice by a local company, I decided to send it to Endless Electronics. They were very professional and got back with me quickly. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and I would use them again in the future if I needed another electronic repair. I have a friend with the same ps3 and problem and have recommended they use Endless Electronics as well. |
the biggest complaint I have with Endless Electronics is that they have some of the worst customer service communication I have ever seen. I understand that they are busy, but hiring a full time service rep and communication editor would push them from being a great option to being the best option. |
