Website easy to navigate. I like that I can choose my own shipping carrier now.

When I received my shipment, I was surprised that it came in 3 separate shipments, although it looked like at least 2 of those were prepared the same day. Frustrating, because shipping costs are probably more with multiple shipments. But, otherwise, I was satisfied.

The customized sign tool was very difficult to use. It kept piling symbols on top of one another. In the end, I figured it out, but the website needs work to be user friendly.

I am hoping these earplugs are equivalent to the no longer available Vallen 2070100.
Follow-up: They are not as compliant but they work OK. I will keep looking for an equivalent to the Vallen product which, so far, I can't find anywhere.

I needed three different colors but got all in one color I gave numbers 22,23 and 24 which were for green blue and red but only got blue.
