I received the fantastic DrumArt Bass drum head for the Connexion Big Band this week, and it is absolutely stunning! Let me say also that it feels like something of an honour to have been the first chrome-silver finish head printed with your new technology at Drum Art. It's an absolutely first class finish and looks magnificent. Quality, quality, quality!
What else can I say but thank you very much also for your outstanding personalised service as well. It has really been a prompt, fun and thoroughly enjoyable experience! Needless to say, I'm looking forward to the band's next gig in about to weeks time...It's a big public event and I'm sure it will impress and be a talking point. Incidentally, there are currently nine big bands in the Canberra region (in Australia), and my band, the Connexion Big Band, will be the only one with the added professional touch of class which you have provided. Something special, thoughtful and useful! I reckon the head will maybe even make me sound better:)!......(that was part of your deal wasn't it?:)

I am very happy with my experience and will be coming back to this company in the future. Jim was easy to work with, even took the time to sharpen my image (I uploaded one that was too small) at no extra charge to ensure I got a quality product. He printed my drumhead the next day after fixing the image I sent, and the day after he printed it, the drumhead arrived at my house. Highly recommended.
