For the ultimate in quality and customer service there really is no other company that compares. I designed and ordered my drum head on Sunday and received my product on Wednesday the same week! What a quality company! Why can't all companies deliver on service, value, and quality like Drum Art? Drum Art has set the bar on service and no one even comes close! My sincere appreciation to Jim and his team!

I can not say enough just how helpful Jim was for me. I am lets say a little older and was making a purchase for my son drum set for a Christmas present. I could not navigate by myself at first so i called. Jim spent about a half hour with me showing me and helping me to finish the purchase. I recieved two days earlier than expected and it looked great. Most important my son loved it. For you drummers out there this is a great way to customize your drum set (great price too) Thanks Drumart.com, you made my sons Christmas.

DrumART.com and Jim Feck are awesome! The head looks better than I could have hoped and the customer service is the best. I sent a pretty complicated graphice with losts of layers and blending and they nailed it! Thanks to the whole crew!!!

We are a band based in the Houston Metro area and could not be happier with our custom head! We actually made a mistake when we ordered online, and DrumArt contacted us to correct it instead of just moving forward and printing something incorrectly. It would have completely been our fault, but they cared about their customers and their products that they went the extra mile. We can't say enough great things about them! If you're in the market for a custom head, this is where you want to get it!

I just got my new (2nd) head from Drumart, and I am just, like the first time very happy with the result.
The service from Drumart is excellent! I live in Sweden and the price including head, art work and shipping cost is very reasonable.
I could also follow the shipping from USA to Sweden, so I was never worried about not getting the head.
If you want a custom head on your kit, I definitely reccomend Drumart.
