I ordered hair extensions and I feel I may have overlooked the instructions. I assumed I was getting a full head of hair, but I received a strand. I am not blaming anyone but myself for not reading the instructions correctly. I am exchanging for synthetic full head hair. |

Extensions came in alot lighter than expected, after talking to a customer service rep. I was told i to dye the extensions myself, or pay for another order. Very disappointing but I would still use donna Bella again because of the quality of the hair. I will just have to be more careful of what color I choose since obviously they are not willing to help when there's issues. |
I tried calling a few times and couldn't get through I was not at all happy with the fact that I didn't receive enough because it doesn't show you exactly how big the packages of hair will be and had to go to another vendor for more hair to do the extensions. |
