BUYER BEWARE ORDER EXTREMELY EARLY. My experience started out wonderful. The response time was quick and the representatives were very helpful. i was so excited. I placed my order 7 days before the Christmas deadline. Sent an email to customer service a week and a half before Christmas...no answer to that email. I tried to call...no one answered the phone. Finally received word after I sent a second email that my sign would go out on Monday - still 5 days before Christmas. 2 days before Christmas I got an email that it had just been mailed that day. Needless to say, I did not receive package until 5 days after Christmas. As this was suppose to be a big SANTA gift for my husband and my boys (who still believe), it was very disappointing.

Christelle, the rep I worked with, worked very hard to find the color and designs that I wanted. She was patient and wonderful!! Thank you to her and thank you for your unique gift idea. It was just what I was looking for, and I can't wait to receive it! After receiving my sign, I was thrilled with the completed product. I will definitely order again in the future!
