I found your online site had excellent information and was accurate, with one exception for myself at least. The radio was described as being powerful for it's size and had the ability to pick up a wide range of stations. That aspect motivated me to buy the radio & in that regard I was disappointed. I did not find the radio was in fact superior to much cheaper radios in my home. Service & delivery was excellent. Price, although discounted has a question mark.

The Nu Force dda-100 amp was delivered the day after I ordered it.
Website is easy to use and there was helpful service on the telephone.
