My shopping experience was great, I received the product quickly without any problems. However, I ordered the exact same product within two weeks of my original order to be shipped to the same address for my Mother and we had problems with it. My order was received within 4 days of ordering it and I expected the same service with my Mother's order.
With this order we only received one email confirming her order, I called after several days because we needed to find out if the product had been shipped or not and after speaking with customer service I received my second email with the tracking info included in it. The second air purifier was ordered on 10/22 and received on 11/1. Both customer service and UPS pointed fingers at the other as far as getting my second order delivered in a timely manner. Product was delivered with a puncture in the box but the great packing of the Rabbitair product protected the purifier and it works great.
