I have been completely satisfied with northwest pharmacy. Of course all medication seems to be over priced. But I realize the pharmacy is not the cause of that. I will continue to use northwest even though my wife and I have a prescription plan but we both exceed the coverage provided. I am not impressed with your order handling process. It took 10 days just to process the order, when your site says orders are processed in 3 days or less. Then, having placed the order at the end of August, we find out that we may not get the prescription till some time in October. If it was tea or some other such item, I would not be too concerned, but this is medication and time is important. Why should it take up to 18 business days ( 3 1/2 weeks) to get a bottle of medicine from anywhere in the world? Is it being shipped by boat? I have done business with other Canadian pharmacies over the last few years and none have ever taken this long to deliver, no matter where the meds were shipped from. It has already been 12 days since my meds shipped,and we still don't know when we will get them. I will have to give serious consideration to doing business with your company in the future.I am very disappointed. |
