Your entire system is more user-friendly than Cigna Home Delivery. Your website is easy to navigate, your Customer Service Reps are professional, polite and actually friendly! I've been using Northwest Pharmacy for about 5 years and have always received my refills without incident. Thank you for taking that stress from my life!

Ordered from NWP multiple times, products have always been good, but I've had ordering problems with Customer Service the last two times; Both times I've placed my order online and faxed my prescription, both times I've received a call from Customer Service stating they can't fill my order because they don't have my prescription, both times I've had to tell them "Yes, you do have my prescription, it was faxed on this date/time, it was two pages with the first page containing my name and order number, and I received a confirmation that you received my fax", both times Customer Service has contacted me back to say they did in fact have my prescription. That's a waste of my time, it's frustrating, and it delays the filling/shipping of my order. It would also be helpful if Customer Service reps could speak english with less Indian accent, they would be much easier to understand.
