Products were excellent, the delivery time very poor, with mis-quoted delivery deadlines.

Found that the email customer services communication took to long for a response.

Furniture and price great. Lack of comunication, delivery time more than 6 weeks after in the uk very long, having to send 2 emails to get a repy. asked delivery company to call 20 mins before delivery told that would be ok. never phoned. easy to buy and great price you are let down with the time it takes to deliver and your comunication with customers. Don't think i would use you again as thought service was poor and no phone number to call all just email if you have a problem

very pleasant,thanks.the item was delivered on time and was in satisfactory condition.the only niggle i have was that the carriers didnt appear to contact me prior to delivery as was stated in my confirmation e-mail.luckily,as i was expecting it to arrive,i was at home anyway - not normally the case,and it would be easier to have something delivered in a specific time slot.however,i know that this can sometimes be difficult,and mishaps can occur.overall though - very pleasant,thanks!from stephen.
