very pleasant,thanks.the item was delivered on time and was in satisfactory condition.the only niggle i have was that the carriers didnt appear to contact me prior to delivery as was stated in my confirmation e-mail.luckily,as i was expecting it to arrive,i was at home anyway - not normally the case,and it would be easier to have something delivered in a specific time slot.however,i know that this can sometimes be difficult,and mishaps can occur.overall though - very pleasant,thanks!from stephen.

Very pleased with product. However we were told at point of ordering and payment that the item was in stock and we would be contacted in a few days by the courier to arrange delivery. After a couple of weeks we contacted FurnishingHomes to ask what was happening. We were informed that the item was actually not in stock! After numerous emails and constant chasing over another two weeks we eventually managed to obtain our ordered item which we are very pleased with. Maybe we were just unlucky.

Very pleased with the furniture and service from Furnishing Homes. There was a delay as the item was not in stock, but they were very polite and courteous to deal with. The same could not be said for delivery, they arrived an hour and half early, so I was not home to receive goods. I contacted the courier company and the driver and although he did come back and deliver the item, he was rude, did not say a word and just dumped the item, did not give me time to unwrap or check it and did not put it in the room it was meant for. He did not even say sorry, it was if it was my fault that he came outside of the delivery slot that had been agreed.

Purchased bedroom furniture for daughter's new room as a toddler, furniture very good quality with great service and delivered within the said time frame. Already thinking about getting new bedroom furniture for myself and will definately be using Furnishing Homes again.

Received my order promptly which I found to be damaged.I telephoned the number which it stated on the instructions.Giving details of the damaged part which amount to one complete side of the unit.A replacement was sent within a few days.
Despite a bit of delay due to damaged parts, the unit is now built.
It is well made and value for money.
