I ordered a nest of table on 13th August **** and still hadn’t received my order by 7th September **** when I was informed that they were still out of stock. I cancelled the order but received no refund even after sending numerous e-mails. As refunds by law have be refunded within thirty days, when forty days had elapsed I contacted my credit card company who kindly refunded the amount to me.
I am writing this feedback so that people thinking of buying from this company should be aware of the problems I have had.

Received my order promptly which I found to be damaged.I telephoned the number which it stated on the instructions.Giving details of the damaged part which amount to one complete side of the unit.A replacement was sent within a few days.
Despite a bit of delay due to damaged parts, the unit is now built.
It is well made and value for money.

I Was very pleased with my goods and the service throughout.I was a little worried that there was not a telephone contact number, as i had never come across this before, but not a problem so yes i would recommend furnishingHomes to my friends , who all love my chairs. I was very happy with the quality.
