I understand that you do not have a contact number to save on cost but this was very inconvienent when trying to establish when my items would be in stock. Once the items arrived in stock they were delivered swifty (within a week) but the del co nightfreight were very unhelpful when i called to arrange delivery and then they text me a day early saying my delivery was on the road. Luckily i was able to accept the delivery but this did cause a bit of panic trying to re arrange. The actual delivery driver was very helpful and carried the packages in to my house for me.

Website shopping great. Customer service response first class. Final delivery courier service dreadful. It took 4 weeks for items in stock to be delivered.

Received the furniture products that I ordered,excellent courier service they text 2 hours before delivery on the day I had chosen.The 2 sets of drawers were excellent quality for the superb price just what I wanted, very easy to assemble and nothing missing from the box...... Thank you.

Received my order promptly which I found to be damaged.I telephoned the number which it stated on the instructions.Giving details of the damaged part which amount to one complete side of the unit.A replacement was sent within a few days.
Despite a bit of delay due to damaged parts, the unit is now built.
It is well made and value for money.

Very pleased with product. However we were told at point of ordering and payment that the item was in stock and we would be contacted in a few days by the courier to arrange delivery. After a couple of weeks we contacted FurnishingHomes to ask what was happening. We were informed that the item was actually not in stock! After numerous emails and constant chasing over another two weeks we eventually managed to obtain our ordered item which we are very pleased with. Maybe we were just unlucky.
