i would prefer a option to have the built in advance |
Very pleased with the furniture and service from Furnishing Homes. There was a delay as the item was not in stock, but they were very polite and courteous to deal with. The same could not be said for delivery, they arrived an hour and half early, so I was not home to receive goods. I contacted the courier company and the driver and although he did come back and deliver the item, he was rude, did not say a word and just dumped the item, did not give me time to unwrap or check it and did not put it in the room it was meant for. He did not even say sorry, it was if it was my fault that he came outside of the delivery slot that had been agreed. |
