Ordering easy. Promp delivery

Very pleased with the furniture and service from Furnishing Homes. There was a delay as the item was not in stock, but they were very polite and courteous to deal with. The same could not be said for delivery, they arrived an hour and half early, so I was not home to receive goods. I contacted the courier company and the driver and although he did come back and deliver the item, he was rude, did not say a word and just dumped the item, did not give me time to unwrap or check it and did not put it in the room it was meant for. He did not even say sorry, it was if it was my fault that he came outside of the delivery slot that had been agreed.

My order was delayed and I had to contact customer service to find out what was happening.I had no phone call from the deliver service prior to delivery.
The product wasn't of the quality I had anticipated at the price I paid.The base shelf was split down the middle and had obviously been glued once but had come apart. Some of the knot holes had been filled on the outside which gave a rough finish. The bases for the drawers were very flimsy. We employed a carpenter to put the product together and he was unable to align the doors and had to do quite a bit of remedial work.
I was planning to purchase a chest of drawers and bedside table to match but definitely won't do that now.

Appalled at length of time order took, customer services took 48 hours to get back to me most of the time. Ended up cancelling the order as still did not have order after nearly 6 weeks. I looked up product again and it had gone up by £90 too!

Received the furniture products that I ordered,excellent courier service they text 2 hours before delivery on the day I had chosen.The 2 sets of drawers were excellent quality for the superb price just what I wanted, very easy to assemble and nothing missing from the box...... Thank you.

Very pleased with product. However we were told at point of ordering and payment that the item was in stock and we would be contacted in a few days by the courier to arrange delivery. After a couple of weeks we contacted FurnishingHomes to ask what was happening. We were informed that the item was actually not in stock! After numerous emails and constant chasing over another two weeks we eventually managed to obtain our ordered item which we are very pleased with. Maybe we were just unlucky.
