I ordered a nest of table on 13th August **** and still hadn’t received my order by 7th September **** when I was informed that they were still out of stock. I cancelled the order but received no refund even after sending numerous e-mails. As refunds by law have be refunded within thirty days, when forty days had elapsed I contacted my credit card company who kindly refunded the amount to me.
I am writing this feedback so that people thinking of buying from this company should be aware of the problems I have had.

The item I ordered was just what I wanted. I was very pleased with my order. It was well packaged and delivered within the days quoted. I would deal with them again and recommend to a friend.

Appalled at length of time order took, customer services took 48 hours to get back to me most of the time. Ended up cancelling the order as still did not have order after nearly 6 weeks. I looked up product again and it had gone up by £90 too!
