Very pleased with product. However we were told at point of ordering and payment that the item was in stock and we would be contacted in a few days by the courier to arrange delivery. After a couple of weeks we contacted FurnishingHomes to ask what was happening. We were informed that the item was actually not in stock! After numerous emails and constant chasing over another two weeks we eventually managed to obtain our ordered item which we are very pleased with. Maybe we were just unlucky.

After browsing online for a specific piece of furniture I selected Furnishing Homes on their competive pricing.
Further to my order being placed I was kept informed by email at every stage of my order and several queries/adjustments to delivery were dealt with promptly and professionally.
Without reserve I would deal with and recommend Furnishing Homes to family and friends in future, thank you.

Absolutely appalling delivery service after endless emails back and forth with non other than 5 or 6 delivery dates to which my furniture wasn't delivered on those dates.I then threatened trading standards i finally received my 2 remaining pieces of furniture 8 weeks after placing my order. After a lot of aggravation this company offered me £**.** compensation. I will not be recommending this company or use them again.My furniture however is fantastic and very pleased with it.

Excellent product. But some delays with delivery.
Ordered on 6th sept,Out of stock to start with, not a problem, date for stock arrival was given as 21st sept. Stock finally arrive in o 4th oct. yet no delivery until 14t oct.
But again excellent furniture so not complaining.
