very pleasant,thanks.the item was delivered on time and was in satisfactory condition.the only niggle i have was that the carriers didnt appear to contact me prior to delivery as was stated in my confirmation e-mail.luckily,as i was expecting it to arrive,i was at home anyway - not normally the case,and it would be easier to have something delivered in a specific time slot.however,i know that this can sometimes be difficult,and mishaps can occur.overall though - very pleasant,thanks!from stephen.

Perfect customer service - very helpful when i called to find out when my order was arriving. They called me back to confirm date. I've still not built the cabinet yet but as soon as i'm home (i work offshore) i'll build and check it out. I'll rate again once it's built. Overall very happy with service and price (cheapest i could find on the net)

My order was delayed and I had to contact customer service to find out what was happening.I had no phone call from the deliver service prior to delivery.
The product wasn't of the quality I had anticipated at the price I paid.The base shelf was split down the middle and had obviously been glued once but had come apart. Some of the knot holes had been filled on the outside which gave a rough finish. The bases for the drawers were very flimsy. We employed a carpenter to put the product together and he was unable to align the doors and had to do quite a bit of remedial work.
I was planning to purchase a chest of drawers and bedside table to match but definitely won't do that now.

The furniture I ordered is fantastic...it came within the 16 day guideline...the delivery men were very polite...I m just awaiting a refund for a mirror which was no longer in stock...and discontinued.
