everything ok. accept when checking out on order. hangs up if you answer no to secure site.????? I wanted to have the item shipped to a different address, but you can't if your credit card does not have that address attached to it. If you have a billing address you should be able to shipped to any address, especially if you are buying for someone else. thank you very much, the product worked well. |
We have ordered parts in the past from y'all and everything was great. We have an old Hayward Viper and thank you for still carrying the parts at an affordable price.We recieved the parts needed for our Hayward Viper. After giving it a heart transplant, it is working better than ever. Thank you ****Pools. |

Was sent the wrong size, told in an impersonal email I would be subject to 20% restock fee as well as shipping. Not that biggie on shipping but restock fee when not my error? Finally spoke to Patricia McDaniel as she was not someone I would want in customer "SERVICE" as she came off snitty about the whole thing. Im sorry for the not favorable comments and Im sorry I bought this online. |
