My order was due to arrive by standard delivery of 1-3 days. When I still hadn't received my order 6 days later I emailed the company to query this. I received a response the same day stating my order had been despatched the day of the order and must have been lost in the post. The email was very apologetic and a new pack was arranged to be sent out by special delivery so I received it the following day. Therefore although my overall shopping experience was a little disappointing as I did not receive my product as quickly as I needed it, the customer service I received was fantastic and I would definitely recommend the company to others. |

Delivery was excellent..within a couple of If you have sensitive teeth I would recommend the premium version as my gums were sensitive after the second day, however, I did see an improvement on the second day. Am very pleased with this product and highly recommend it. |
