I "window shopped" at 4 online stores before deciding on yours. Prices all averaged out around the same total at the end. (a little more on 1 item, little less on others) Your selection was what finally made my decision. I just wish I could have found Ego type B here. I like to keep 1 as a back up, but I'll find it when I'm due for a liquid purchase.
One of the two customizes that I ordered has a problem. I have contacted customer service and so far I have been treated very well. Of course, the problem has not been completely dealt with at this point, but judging by current communication, I have faith that I will continue to be fairly treated.
The other items I received were well packed for shopping, arrived very quickly, and are working wonderfully. I could not be happier with my experience with your company.
