Received all the items I purchased. My two biggest issues were shipping and a note I left the seller. Shipping took 6 days to get here. I ordered the product Sunday afternoon, it shipped the following day, which is fast! The problem is not necessarily the sellers fault, but it didn't arrive until Saturday. I normally receive items from as far out as California twice as fast as this with the same shipping methods.

My only other complaint was that I left a note with the seller asking about drip tips I'd need for my tank. I'm still pretty new to vaping in general and clearly wasn't sure if the two drip tips I was purchasing would fit the tank I had purchased as well. Maybe I wasn't being clear enough, but instead of notifying me before my order shipped, they hand wrote on my receipt, which honestly was a nice touch, but I needed to know before my order shipped so I could switch those drip tips. The last thing I needed was extra Clearomizer drip tips and now I can't use my tanks until I can get my hands on one that fits, meaning either more ordering online and paying for shipping AGAIN or driving out to a local vendor who may or may not have any (he's closed on Sundays, I can't even call to ask). I probably wasn't specific enough with my needs, but it's a bummer nonetheless. I still plan on using SmokTek for future orders as the experience and pricing was pleasant. So long as these tanks work when I get a chance to fire them up, I will be back!
