One set of the batteries had a crease or dent on side which which you probably could not have seen until you had taken the batteries out of the cellophane wrapper and had them in your hands. Customer support issued an RMA as soon as they understood what I meant by dented.

I ordered Innokin iClear Dual Coil Clearomizers. I put one away to use when my shipment of AiV comes in, and the other two performed flawlessly! Easy to use, easy to fill, and easy to clean! They have a rather small capacity so take that into account. They do seem to use a bit more juice, but they have a MASSIVE vapor production compared to my Dual Coil Tanks so it more than makes up for the extra juice. If you've never tried a clearomizer before, give these a go!
