after researching pv's, i decided to buy the VAMO as my very first pv device. so far my shopping experience is great (aside from some items i wanted being out of stock). i will definitely recommend this site, and hopefully your product after spending some time with it. thank you!

just an update. I am really enjoying the VAMO. I did order the dct with locking bottom and my only gripe is the lack of air flow since it sits flush with the VAMO. it was remedied by me by filing down the bottom of the tank, with a round file, to create a small 'tunnel' for air movement. needless to say, it has improved my vaping experience A LOT. i definitely suggest you include a little 'tunnel' for airflow in a revision of the tank. thanks!

Purchased ST-808-eGo-battery. Product arrived very fast and worked great the first day. Next day it didn't. Smoktek arranged for a replacement as soon as they determined it was a product failure with no hassle. The website said the battery did NOT have an on/off switch. Customer service told me to use the switch to turn it on! BTW, it wasn't the switch. After realizing the information on the website was incorrect, they thanked me and immediately updated their site. I feel if a product is defective I should not be the one paying for the shipping back to them. I have to await the product going back and then wait to receive the new product. I think a better customer service model would be to ship me a new one right away and send me a prepaid return envelope. Or at least send me the prepaid envelope.
