Very quick & easy. Took no longer than 4 minutes to find my item, exactly what I was looking for, understand all the specifications, select the shipping / billing info & pay for it. I ordered my item Friday morning, around 11:30 east coast time, and selected first class USPS shipping. I didn't expect it to get processed by Friday but it was not only processed, it was shipped out almost immediately! I received my iclear 30's on Monday Morning, it actually arrived in Nevada early Sunday Morning! I was shocked and amazed that I could get something from Florida this quick, with only USPS First Class, but that's all thanks to Smokteks amazing and quick response to orders. I've worked for at a few drop ship companies myself and I know that it's all too easy to let customers orders fall behind and ship them out whenever it's most convenient. Smoktek's dedication, quality assurance, and customer service exceeds all expectations and is a testament to what a great online shopping experience could be. Thank you Smoktek!

I don't know if I'll buy from you again until I receive my order..but if it arrives quickly and there are no problems, sure I'll shop here again.

I received my order very quickly. I haven't actually tried the batteries yet but I did put them on a charger and they appeared to be almost fully charged. The green light came on quickly. I'm very pleased with the product so far and the services is very good. Thanks.
