While my initial impression of SmokTek's website was only warm, their concern for the customer bumps my review up to glowing. In my original review, I mentioned that the interface was a bit difficult to figure out at first - they responded within a few days. This, to me, is more important than an interface. So now, I'm rewriting my review to say good job to SmokTek for giving a great example of how other websites should handle customer service. |
