My sister in law highly recommends your site. I have been ordering from China and the shipping is outrageous. The delivery was very fast, 2 days after ordering. I will be checking out all the inventory to see if you have what I need as far as parts etc. The cleaning kit was great and so much better than the old way I have cleaned atomizer which was boiling them. SmokTek has been great to order from. Products are of the highest quality and accessories such as the lanyard are great ideas to help customers protect their product from loss. Flavors are very realistic if you smoke the "usual". Shipping is fast. Web site is easy to use. The only suggestion I would make is a location for more detailed explanations of how the various kits work and a list of what accessories go with which model of kit as this can be a bit confusing at first. Customer service personnel are courteous and informed making them a joy to work with.
