I found your site very easy to navigate,the price of a couple things were a bit high,but on others a bit low,so Id give you a 8...now if my order goes out 1st thing MondaY aM.I"LL GIVE YOU AN 11....:)

Fantastic customer service !!!!! Had a issue with a tank I ordered leaking from the bottom, called Smoktek and they had a replacement in the mail that day and I received two days later !!! Happy Happy Happy !!!!!!
