Moved my hosting to Site5 after poor customer service from my previous hosting company and have been with them over a year now. They have been helpful and prompt in all communication and are reasonably priced. Thoroughly recommend them.

As always, even when things do not go quite as planned Site 5's service department is exceptional in a business full of mediocrity. They are always friendly, helpful and most importantly have always solved my issues in a way that gets my sites working again, even if *I* am the one who messed something up! Been with them for years! Highly recommend!!

Site5.com hosting has been great. Any time I had a question or an issue with my service, their customer service team responded to me quickly and solved any problems quickly, as well. I would highly recommend them.

Good services, super fast support for any issues (I'm a system engineer, if I contact the support, most of the time it's for a real issue, and the response time is always perfect)

I am a Web Developer having 7+ year of experience, I used too many hosting companies but I love host5 after using it. I am satisfied with the prices and server response time, but the best thing is customer support, I love host5 customer support it is the world best customer support, in my using duration with host5 almost 1 year I have very small issues, but whenever I have any issue they solve my 99% issues over live chat and some over ticket but response time is the best and fast.
