Would like to know how long the expected back-order will be.

I was totally satisfied with the service and shopping experience. Unfortunately the lamp was too dark for the spot I had in mind and I had to return it. The return experience was good so far. I will know better when I see the credit on my Visa account. So far very good.

The lamp was not as represented. the "gray" shade was actually brown. Lamp looks good from the front, but very off balance from the side (primary view for my needs). I expected the brass to be shinier (not your fault). Would not have purchased this if I had seen it in a store. Too much of a hassle to return it. No more ordering lamps online for me!
