I know lots of people who order from individuals, other sites.
They get a little booklet, measuring tape , etc.
i find it very inconvenient to have to go download and print the diet plan out,
i will order from who my mother sister and cousins use now .
i have no ink in my printer cartridge and its not at the top of my to buy list.

Its taking me about a month to decide on this product. I'm 61 years old I have copd and it's had to exercise, I also take advair. The weight just won't come off. I was a size 4 2 years ago. I believe you have save my day. Thank you, Karen

Not sure if I am exceptional with the results but so far I have lost 10 lbs and I am on day 6. That includes my 2 loading days where I stayed my weight. I know I will only need one round if things keep going this well.
